The other day I was just curling my eyelashes when the most terrifying thing happened. My eyelash curlers broke, while being clamped to my eyelashes. I was given the biggest shock and left short of a dozen eyelashes.
My replacement bits arrived super fast 2 days later.
At the end of last year I received some awful customer service from a different company which has dragged through until January and still hasn't been fully resolved. But Models Own have restored my faith in customer service with their generosity and care for their customers.
So thank you Models Own for making my day and my eyelashes curly once more.

I contacted Models Own and told them what happened. They emailed back within the hour apologising and asked for my address to not only send me replacement eyelash curlers, but to choose two nail varnishes as well as a good will gesture. I was half expecting some replacement curlers but not two nail varnishes ! It took me the rest of the afternoon to decide what colours to go for but in the end I plumped for something to encourage the sun out in the form of Beach Party and Luis Lemon.My replacement bits arrived super fast 2 days later.
